The Grand Blanc Senior Activity Center is located at 12632 Pagel's Drive in Grand Blanc and is newly renovated. The Senior Center is open daily M-F 8:00am-4:00pm (if GB schools are cancelled the Center is closed).
Banquet Room
The Senior Activity Center Banquet Room is available for rental for large/small events. The Banquet Hall can hold up to 290 guests. Great location for a Wedding, Family Reunion, Graduation Party and more. Amenities available for use include:
- Large Kitchen (ample counter space, sinks, stove/oven, refrigerator, ice machine (add. charge)
- 30 round tables & 17 long tables
- Chairs
- Restrooms
- AV Equipment available for presentations/movies (add. charge)
- Convenient Parking
Fees:
- Sunday: $400 Rental with a $200 deposit
- Weekdays: $250 Rental with a $200 deposit (No rentals on Tuesday evenings)
- Friday or Holidays: $550 Rental with a $200 deposit
- Saturday: $750 Rental with a $200 deposit
- Pre-decorating & Setup: $60 - non-refundable
Craft Room
The Senior Center Craft Room is available for daily rental for small groups. Capacity is 32 people. Great location for a sewing circle, knitting group, card party, jewelry/craft and painting classes. Convenient parking. Rental fee is $30 per hour with a $60 deposit.
